November's chef and presenter is Culinary Director for Jester Concepts (Borough, Parlour, PS Steak, Monello Cucina, Constatine, Mercado)
Mike DeCamp will provide a first-class dining experience while also sharing his thoughts on the issue of food waste in our world.
Tickets are $50 each. Only 30 tickets are available for this event. Proceeds will go toward the sustainability of Provision Community Restaurant.
Provision will join with local food industry partners to host a Sustainability Dinner each month of the year. Featured chefs/purveyors/nutritionists will cook for diners and offer their experience and suggestions around sustainable living and reducing food waste.
Our intention with these events is to provide education and encouragement for community members to take action in reducing food waste and to promote sustainable living practices, which support our value of Repurpose.
