Join us for our monthly Sustainability Dinners
October's chef and presenter is the creator of Sauce Anna Lisa, Lisa O'Connell.
Lisa will prepare a rustic, family-style Italian dinner and will lead a conversation on the simplicity of food when closest to its natural state and how to preserve when there isn't time to can.
Tickets are $50 each. Only 30 tickets are available for this event. Proceeds will go toward the sustainability of Provision Community Restaurant.
Provision will join with local food industry partners to host a Sustainability Dinner each month of the year. Featured chefs/purveyors/nutritionists will cook for diners and offer their experience and suggestions around sustainable living and reducing food waste.
Our intention with these events is to provide education and encouragement for community members to take action in reducing food waste and to promote sustainable living practices, which support our value of Repurpose.
